The main building was constructed

in 1954 and renovated in 1992.

A downtown landmark, the building

exterior is fabricated from black and red

granite. The lighter icons which decorate

the building are familiar symbol worldwide.

of S.M.Gleason & Co. and Preston R. Abbey Architects Inc. who worked at the
