The Zippo plant Niagara Falls, Ontario started business August 19, 1949 
and was finally closed July 31, 2002. 
The plant was located 6158 Allendale Ave. Niagara Falls, Ontario L2E6V9 Canada.
This was the only place in the world Zippo lighters were produced
outside of Bradford, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.. 
Production at Canada was limited to a quantity of only 500,000 lighters 
each year, compared to 16.8 million a year in Bradford.
Canadian Zippos had their own bottom stamp saying 
Niagara Falls, Ontario,
the guarantee cards and the orange seal stickers 
were written both in english and french.
